During my stay, I did not receive housekeeping service the second day, even though they were right outside my room, when I left to allow cleaning.

👍 Thumbs Up The hotel was clean and comfortable for the most part. Our blinds didn’t work which was only an issue for us one time. The hotel was quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good enough, plus there are several places nearby if it doesn’t fit your taste. The on-site parking was convenient and seemed secure. Loved the optional daily housekeeping. We were pleased with our stay.

Beautiful hotel! Lovely wetlands / path behind it. In a very nice suburb. All staff were incredibly helpful. Front desk gal (I should have gotten her name) at check-in was so helpful & got us an upgraded room for being Hilton Honors members. Room was spotless & well appointed- bed was EXTREMELY comfy! Excellent service Disappointed that there was not a hot tub but service was excellent and staff friendly and helpful.

Convenient location, love the breakfast. Room had some unexpected wear and front desk staff seemed a little out out at questions. Overall good stay and would stay there again.
