3 strikes Really disappointing. The hotel itself was great, location and all, but I was really, really disappointed with the housekeeping. Checked in on a Wednesday, had to track down housekeeping Thursday evening to get fresh towels, because the room was not serviced. Friday, had to track down staff, because the conditioner in the shower, because the room had not been serviced. Was a lovely hotel with beautiful clean and comfortable room but no dining area for lunch or dinner. Restaurants you had to walk 10mins.. not ideal when you are arriving late but there was a great Sports Bar just 15 mins walk

I stayed in two different rooms- both had a different odor - maybe try some air fresheners. I heard from a friend that was staying in another room that her air conditioner was very noisy.
