Our room was nice and clean, the location of the hotel was great and staff were very hospitable. We would definitely stay here again!
Comfy beds, great breakfast, easy check in…I arrived early, but they got me in a room right away! Awesome location. I would stay here again!
Check in is at 3 but even after 4 the front desk was not sure if our room was ready. Our curtain was motorized by a remote and we couldn't figure it out, so we couldn't even have natural light. Also the breakfast is HORRIBLE! Pros, its a safe area to stay.
The night front desk gentleman was nice and efficient! Overall of the hotel and location was great, breakfast was decent. Our room was not vacuumed though, there was food all along the bed. When I brought it up, I was told no discounts could be given by the front desk attendant because we booked 3rd party but a note would be left for the morning manager, fair. However, when the morning manager brought it up she just said she let the housekeeping manager know and sent us on our way (no room switch was offered)
It was a good stay. Service was excellent. The only complaint was that the bathtub was very noisy. It creaked with every movement that you made in the shower.

Lodging for visit to Wichita friends and family Visiting friends and family, this hotel provided a very good breakfast daily to launch each day with effecient and friendly staff. The hotel was very busy during our 7-night stay. We were "in and out" and never had housekeeping but managed to trade out towels with the staff.
Check in desk deserves a raise. Seth, the man at the check in desk was amazingly awesome. He greeted me like i was family and advised he needed to finish something up and then he would be right with me. He mixed in friendly chatting while checking me in. I read that I would be able to get a shower cap and asked for one and he gave me two just in case. He is an example of everything a front desk employee should be. I know that i am in no position to give him a raise, but the would absolutely deserve it
