Travelocity needs to ask for both names to be included in the room. The room was under my name (husband), and when my wife went to check in, she was told she could not check in because her name was not on the room. This is unacceptable. She had all kinds of proof with both names on it. Thus, she couldn't get into the room until hours later when I was present. Frustrating.

3 strikes Really disappointing. The hotel itself was great, location and all, but I was really, really disappointed with the housekeeping. Checked in on a Wednesday, had to track down housekeeping Thursday evening to get fresh towels, because the room was not serviced. Friday, had to track down staff, because the conditioner in the shower, because the room had not been serviced.
