Your representative was excellent. She was kind and understanding. I had to surrender my cat. I’ve had for nine years because I am moving to a senior care facility and could only have two cats. She was the one I felt would be rehomed quickly because she’s the prettiest and she’s a short hair and she’s very mellow and smart. The girl that helped me was sincerely sympathetic to my situation and I very much appreciate that. Hannah has always been just great.

The team was wonderful. Everyone, from the clinic manager, Trisha, to the nurse aides, were polite, professional, and passionate. I wish I could name everyone here, but I would quickly run out of space. I sincerely look forward to every time they put their hands, and hearts, on my pup. I couldn't thank them enough for their services.

I have called about 5 weeks ago to request the pharmacist to send the prescription to Freddie’s because this allergy medicine is no longer available at Hannah not only I didn’t get the medication but also I called to follow up but still no response. Hannah demonstrated not care about the customer and I am still waiting for the prescription of Hydroxyzine for three months.
Customer service. ER team (after hours) are horrible at best. They dropped the ball on many things. The worst part of my experience with you, is now that I live elsewhere and he has a great vet, he doesn't have any issues. He was severely misdiagnosed with allergies and his real issues were ignored. I made the best decision of his life, breaking ties with you. You still have not emailed me a copy of his medical file. I paid for it. Send it.
