Customer service. ER team (after hours) are horrible at best. They dropped the ball on many things. The worst part of my experience with you, is now that I live elsewhere and he has a great vet, he doesn't have any issues. He was severely misdiagnosed with allergies and his real issues were ignored. I made the best decision of his life, breaking ties with you. You still have not emailed me a copy of his medical file. I paid for it. Send it.

Absolutely every time I need to renew my dog’s many meds, I have to call three or four times just to get them filled. He is on a lot of meds. The system at Hannah is very broken.

It is unacceptable that Tigard no longer provides onsite ultrasounds. It is ridiculous to expect Tigard clients to drive to the Portland hospital. We pay the same as your Portland clients. This sends the message that we are not as important to you.

Actually being able to make an appointment and speak with someone. Left several messages for no one to ever call me back. Communication sucks at the Tigard location. I think going with Hannah for my pts was a big mistake

Poor communication when my cat was sick. No follow up resulting with my cat dying. Called several times for test results. Never received a return call. Never spoke directly with a doctor. Spoke with a tech very briefly in the waiting room and felt rushed.
