I came in to get my watch battery repaired, I was expecting the service to cost maybe $20-$30 dollars. They gave me two options, have it done at the store, or send it out for fine tuning and service. I choose to have the battery replaced in store. It took no less than 10 minutes. The staff at the Dover location was respectful and polite. I will definitely be coming to this location for any future repairs and jewelry purchases. -Matt from Rochester

Super friendly and willing to help with everything. Chris was kind, courteous and offered to clean my jewelry before he changed my watch battery. His kindness and genuine interest with assisting me is a rare thing nowadays. I will definitely go back. I don’t buy much jewelry but I will stop in to visit with Chris when I go to the mall.
