I came in to get my watch battery repaired, I was expecting the service to cost maybe $20-$30 dollars. They gave me two options, have it done at the store, or send it out for fine tuning and service. I choose to have the battery replaced in store. It took no less than 10 minutes. The staff at the Dover location was respectful and polite. I will definitely be coming to this location for any future repairs and jewelry purchases. -Matt from RochesterĀ
