Without going into a long story.... I had a watch that was very special to . It was given to me by a friend. The watch is cheap but the main fact i needed a battery for it. I STOPPED BY THIS WONDERFUL JEWELRY SHOP and MIKE states he would fix my watch for free. I'm still choked up by his wonderful gesture. This is a wonderful store to shop at!!Definitely 5 stars
