Thank you 5 stars. Came in with my dad who wants to leave me a family heirloom necklace and wanted to see me in it. We couldn't get the claps open as he wanted to see me with it on before his passing. We came in, they got it off for us, took the pictures and cleaned it for us and put in back on for us. Made a family memory for us.
