I don't think I've ever left a bad review about anything ever so this is a first. I had my dog signed up for the Paw Plan and never consented for it to be renewed. I started a job at another animal hospital in town and had no reason to bring her here, but I shrugged it off that they renewed my plan anyways, figuring that at least I would have some money accredited to my account in case of emergency.
