Derek was great. Even when the loan was not processing due to a glitch he was very professional, apologized (,though it was not his fault), followed up with us after the glitch was fixed, and made sure we were happy with everything. He explained everythi.ng in detail and answered called our questions and gave us the price on all options. We have used Hanson's in the past and we're happy with our windows so we returned to Hanson's.
