I was expecting top-notch customer service and excellent workmanship on my roof replacement, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. On the day my roof was replaced, there were approximately 10 people on the crew, and only one individual spoke English. I was also concerned to see several children who appeared to be under the age of 16 working on the job site. Salesmen was great. Instalation kept getting canceled or rescheduled. They couldn't complete some of the work and said I would get a gift card credit. But, only after I signed off on it all being complete. I am still waiting for my gift card and no response from them.
