First off we were told this will only be a one day project but turned out to be really three days(2 day project then wait 24 hours to actually use the shower). We ordered a rain shower head but they installed a basic one, called customer service but all she cared about was us signing off that the project was done. Mind you we were told that they would call us and go over our purchase and make sure all the right parts were ready to be installed but never got that call.
