1st, Hansons measured my windows wrong and found out they found out on the day of installation.so no windows that day. 2nd, When they installed the windows, after another 4 weeks of waiting and 1 kitchen window has a broken crank, another has scratches in the glass from transport. 3rd, one of the three windows for the living room was ordered wrong by the salesman and has to be replaced with another 4-6 week delay. Don’t hire Hansons to replace a roof. Nails everywhere.
