Spencer arrived exactly when scheduled and is a very professional technician. He listened carefully to my concern of water that had weeped into our home from a recently installed window. He explained that the large window has water relief ports at the bottom of the window that need to be cleaned occasionally as I did to let the water that was held in the widow frame.
