They were here on time went right to work and completed the job the next day as was promised. And I have 16 brand new windows keeping the cold weather out. I love them!
Took longer than expected but was very pleased with the guys who did the installation. It was not a selling point but Hanson should not advertise free tablets if they are not going to give them out.

Hanson's Global Crew 1 installed our windows in our home on Oak Valley Ave in Wyoming Michigan on February 13, 2020. They did a great job--they were very professional, there was absolutely no mess to clean up, they cleaned the windows after the install and didn't damage so much as a twig of the foundation plantings. And we LOVE the windows! Thanks guys-Jerry Kreitzer
Gail I Window & Door Specialists did our install. they were very professional and willing to please. Cleaned up everything when they were done. So far we are pleased with the windows.
Experience was fine. I don't know if I activated the warranty correctly. I would like to have something in writing for my file.
