It took them months to just get the windows. Then they installed the windows, but didn't show up with trim boards. The office keep calling me wanting me to sign off that the job was complete but it wasn't because they hadn't been back to put up the trim. Before they came out we discovered the $8,000 dollar bay window was leaking water. The guy came out and he discovered it was a manufacturer defect so he pulled out window and fixed it. No paper work, windows dont go all the way up, installers left calk and windows stickers glue on the windows, no Communication.

if I could give a zero star I would. We set up to get new windows install back in February 2021, a gentleman from the company then came out to measure our windows, the order was placed and the windows were scheduled to be installed on May 10 2021. May 10 comes and we find out the windows were measured wrong (by the so called professional they sent out to take the measurements.) Bryan Hagen came out today, to take measurements and assess the optimal approach. He explained structural requirements and how the replacement windows will be fitted; he was very patient with me, never disdaining my questions from the perspective of this being a first-ever undertaking. His assessment was not only thorough, but illuminating, and working with him was a pleasure, from both my and my husband’s viewpoints.

The representative with whom we met, Scott McLaughlin, was both personable and professional. His earlier appointment concluded early, and he coordinated with is to advise he could meet with us sooner than anticipated, if desirable. I appreciate this pro-active approach! Scott’s explanations were thorough and courteous, and he took the time to ensure we understood even the industry-specific terminology. I called the 800 number to set up an appointment for Service, getting through to a human is painful. Long hold times, dropped calls, horrible connections, and at its worst, no one answers at all. I finally got a technician to my house, after 2 missed appointments and from there, the experience was great! Had it not been for Brian’s (Kalamazoo office) professionalism snd willingness to come out on his day off, I’d be giving the whole experience 1 star. 800 Hanson’s gets 2 star, Brian gets a 5 so I averaged it out to a 3.
