The representative for Hanson's (Randy) was very informative. And after he was finished I had told him I wanted to think about it because my husband just died a couple months ago and I needed a little time and he wasn't pushy at all. He was extremely kind to me and said no problem.It is a lot of money for a new roofbut Randy explained it is a lifetime warranty and that is very comforting.

Worst experience ever. the day the contractor was supposed to show up for the final measure, he was 3 hrs. late and no call. I have been scheduled 2 times now and rescheduled 2 times NOW 2 DAYS OFF WORK FOR NOTHING. Every time I get excuses and no answers. I have 3 other friends ready to do business with them. I will definitely let them know my horrible experience.
