just a horrible experience all around, this is my 4 time choosing Hanson and this was the worse, the gutters was not the right color and everything got delayed. So, we went with the color Hanson brought because we sold our home. I feel bad for the new owners because it's not the right color for the house. When I get new windows, I will not go with Hanson, The owner/CEO of Hanson step down and it's not being run right. Wallside Window I will be calling you soon!

Daniel Grunau did a thorough job answering all my questions and most before I even asked... He was timely, courteous and explained everything as we progressed. I feel I am in great hands with Hansons Roofing for my home (6426 East St Charles Road, Ithaca Mich. Thank you

I would like to share my experience that I had with Hanson’s on the installation of my windows. I am happy on how the windows turned out, but the experience of all the late cancellations and the “no call no shows “ were ridiculous. It was such and inconveniences. Hanson’s should be proud to have employee like Marilyn that kept my business with their company. She made a bad situation better with her professional and positive attitude. Customer service was not good. Sales person made me believe a full redeck would not be needed and them was faced with a full redeck and a $4000 unexpected bill. Told different information from the project managers on how full redeck would be done. Scheduled contractor to come finish and not contacted to tell me the were not coming. Then different people showed to finish the job and I was not told they were coming over the weekend. Sent me someone else's work permit. The crew that installed my roof used crude language while installing. They cut the dish wires which I had to call the company to reinstall. They left with boards and shingles that I paid for. Never told me that there were shingles on a live wire. Had to call electric company. On top of that I found nails in my yard and roll of nails. Called they canceled once , didn’t show up for appointment. Then came when snow was on ground. LIES LIES LIES. 6 weeks late on scheduling the project. No return calls. Salesman "Don" lies just to get the deal closed. We were not given a warranty or a receipt.. There is no warranty on line. Call after call we were lied to. Even the vice president was NO HELP and could not get the job done. This company in Lansing is NOT a reputable in anyway what so ever. I would NEVER use this company again.

I had a horrible experience with the office staff. They don't know how to communicate ever nor do they know how to schedule people. Gary, a top manager, literally needed to be babysat to do his job. I have never had this experience outside of Hansons. I don't know how you get as far as him and still aren't competent at managing. He doesn't treat his customers great. He has a tendency to think he is always right and try to talk over you. Don't go to Hanson's unless you want to babysit their office and fight for months to get... read more

Install was a nightmare. Still is not fixed. Delay with everything. Installers not prepared.

I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed and repulsive our experience with Hanson’s Window and siding was. The saws man was very pleasant and came out and my parents both late 70’s gladly ordered 8 windows. Well the installation was delayed and no big deal originally. Then it was delayed again, and then it was the wrong windows came in. Finally when the installers came the workmanship was half done at best.
