do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.VERY DISAPPOINTED.put a percentage down for the windows I was supposed to have installed.long story short no one wanted to call me to tell me that my order was delayed.they told id have my windows within 8-12 weeks.so after waiting 12 weeks i had to call them to find out and requested a refund that i was supposed to get within 10-14 days..its been almost a month now and still no refund.been VERY hard to keep in touch with over phone and email regarding this. the lack ... read more

Hanson's contractor did a tear-off and did not properly tarp the roof and we had a heavy rainfall resulting in thousands of dollars in damages to the interior of our home. Gutter installation was done improperly by there subcontractor and had to be removed and reinstalled. Subsequent to installation attic has been wet due to poor ventilation and mildew as become a problem. Currently in the process of trying to get Hanson's to honor their warranty. Would not recommend.
