Door crew was great. Cleaned up and didn't even know they were here. Window job was very messy and dusty. We cleaned the house for two days. There are still pieces of the old windows and nails laying outside that we have to pick up when it's warmer. The windows are nice though. The window crew did try to clean up. It was just a lot more dust than I anticipated.

Clarence was great. He was patient and explained all the different windows for us. We had a very good experience with Hanson and this is the first time using their services.

Crew was great, they did drop siding on our metal rail on deck and scraped off paint and scraped out a piece of metal, we covered with black paint. Also they got a large area of green caulk on our other composite deck that we haven’t been able to remove. Project manager was only english speaking crew member and was only on site first day for couple hours, he did leave his phone number to call with questions however we were not comfortable as we couldn’t communicate with the crew.
The representative Clarence Oliver helped me work out a budget I could afford, he was a huge help.
