Our salesman Hunter was excellent. He explained the materials and answered all of our questions. I would recommend him to family and friends. The roof looks great. The workman did an excellent job.

Salesman - During the initial sales visit, Lewis did not go into the attic to verify that there wasn't any cedar shake roofing still existing and assured me that it was not going to be there. He checked "NO" on the agreement about whether there was cedar shake instead of "was unable to inspect" even though I offered him access to the attic to do so. The wood agreement contradicted this assumption and I was taken for an extra $2400 of unexpected cost, not to mention the all the wood required $3600 that he also assured me tha... read more

Jason was great to work with and timely.
A small section was missed in original roof install. Took over 3 months for it to finally be completed ( after many cancellations and rescheduling). I am not happy with how the garage looks. Shingles were only used on half, with some other material on the other half. Also had 3 new windows installed. After a 3 month wait for them to come in, one window was the wrong size. Had to wait another 2 months for that to come in. I must say, window installers were very nice and professional!!
Originally rated higher because we only had one other quote and this beat it. Nothing against the product but when the quote starts at $26k, then goes to $18 and immediately to $14k it should have thrown red flags but we only had one other offer which was higher. This quote also didn’t include the basement windows. We ended up canceling the order and going with a different company with a comparable product to include our basement and still saved us more money.
