A little history about HAPO We are often asked what "HAPO" stands for. HAPO is an acronym for Hanford Atomic Products Operations. HAPO was formed by a group of non-exempt workers at the Hanford nuclear site in 1953 to provide a place to save and borrow money. Our first office was located in Kadlec Hospital. Great place great rates. I would finance another vehicle or boat with them. Very pleased with HAPO. Still have one more vehicle to pay off with HAPO. Moght even explore a refinance on my vehicle. Thank you HAPO for always being the there on all of my vehicle purchases and loans. 👍

We went to HAPO to see if they could give us a loan quickly for a vehicle and they were able to fund quickly so we wouldn't miss the deal. They even decreased the rate at the last minute to save us some money. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend to anyone!
Hapo has been extremely helpful through a tough trade in process with a sketchy dealer. HUGE KUDOS to Sarah Ayers for making a very stressful situation less stressful. I’m not sure where the call center is located, but was told it was in Richland Washington. I was looking for a new credit union and I spoke with Anthony in the call center. Anthony went above and beyond for me, answering all my questions, being patient with me, and was so welcoming. I had called several credit unions around me, larger and smaller, and Anthony won me over immediately. He was a great first impression on the company. I appreciate all he did for me and felt like he deserved kudos!
