Credit unions are supposed to have less fees than big banks. Ive been charged more fees in the 2 years Ive been with this company than all 10 years I was with a big bank. I wish I could give 0 stars! The service ***** the fees are charged ***** nilly whenever they feel like it not following a clear structure and then when you call they always give you a hard time!
I am disabled and got a few months behind on my truck loan. I stayed in touch and explained my disability benefits were in process and due to come through today (Monday). Instead, they decided to send someone to repossess it last night. Now I cannot go to get my medicine or my mail to get them. Horrible company...I am suing them!

HAPO is not responsible financial organization. I rolled over a IRA to them as the advertised rates were much better than my current investment. I took them all the paper work check from the old account; mention to the person opening the account what I was doing and why and specifically said it was an IRA. The next spring I went to make an additional deposit to the IRA and was told that I didn't have an IRA there. After reviewing the paper work the HAPO employee put the money into a regular non IRA cd.
