We stayed at harbor village from 2022 - 2023. The pros were the prompt maintenance repairs and the area felt safe. The biggest con was the mice. The complex has one dumpster so trash often overflows (at times into the streets) and, in the warmer seasons, this attracts rodents. And several tenants reported mice in their apartments. When we raised this issue, bug busters would come and lay traps that weren't very strong. We had to get our own traps and caught 4 mice. DO. NOT. RENT. HERE. …Unless you want a few good months, then end up with a long-term roach problem that management deems fit to do the bare minimum for! That’s what happened to my mother and I. Solid apartments with a good maintenance team. Located near Innsbrook and a lot of international restaurants. Very chill neighborhood with families. The High School is next door. Easy access to W Broad St and Parham. Overall, I'd say it's pretty good!
Fast response to maintenance. 4/15/2024 maintenance request was placed 4/16/24 note was placed on the door saying work completed. Someone who is skilled needs to come properly and efficiently complete this work order air filter is hanging looks like it been there for years,hose is dirty or corroded water drips from pipe near wiring HVAC/Air. Master bathroom faucet wasn’t properly chalked looks like maintenance just piled more chalk on top of old chalk.
My fridge has been making noise for a very long time , imagine been woken up or hearing loud noises several times throughout the day or night by the noise from a fridge. Someone comes to tighten the fan but it still makes noise after they have left. I think that the fan has to be changed or the fridge itself needs to be changed.
