Dec. 2019 stay Hard Rock Sioux City The hotel entrance was amazing the complimentary drink for my king suite upon check-in was very nice. I wish they had a spa and gym with a steam room, whirpool hot-tub and sauna exactly like they do at Vegas. I arrived around 10:00 p.m. and dinner was not available for room service and when I called room service the rep did not know the soup of the day and the special of the day. Loved the rooms. Most unique that I have ever stayed at in a casino. Loved the music memorabilia. Loved the exposed wooden beams. Loved the exposed brick. Loved the huge bathroom and shower.

Place your bets on this hotel. What can I say! This hotel/casino has everything. We stayed in one of the suites. It was so relaxing and comfortable. Room service was great. We also hung out in the non-smoking Sports bar, bartenders were friendly and made amazing drinks. Walking into the lobby was a great experience, not only was the staff upbeat and friendly, but you can get a drink while you are checking in. Where else does that happen!
