This was out first time staying at a Hard Rock Hotel. From check in to check out it was amazing. We ate at the upscale restaurant and our meal was wonderful. Of course we didn’t win big at casino!

Clean rooms Rooms where very clean and spacious

The Staff are WONDERFUL!!! The staff were amazing and really accommodating. Professional and courteous. But the room was not to our taste, the ceilings are super high (i.e., 20 feet) and that makes for shadows and dark areas in the room. Especially in the closet at night you can't see anything without a flashlight, any type of light to help you see what's in your suitcase would be helpful. Otherwise you have to drag the luggage rack into the main room by a light which I don't care to do because if and when you have others in... read more
