Everything was great with the check in. Kirra and Lucy were excellent . I liked the customer service except I find it unacceptable that I could not get a receipt upon check out because the front desk agent said the reason was I booked through Hotels.com. This is unacceptable since I have been overcharged in the past. Also I get receipts from other hotels upon checkout even when using Hotels.com. I am leaving the hotel very annoyed because of this.
