Amazing ROOM! the room! it’s all about that room. casino wasn’t great. restaurant was closed the day we were there. but still had a great experience and would 10/10 go back there again if ever in the area. got a deluxe room on top floor. it was spacious, clean, cute decor/theme, and sooooo comfortable. like sleeping in a cloud.

Awesome hotel, would stay there again. the rooms was huge and the bathroom amazing. only downside, no breakfast

Everything was great with the check in. Kirra and Lucy were excellent . I liked the customer service except I find it unacceptable that I could not get a receipt upon check out because the front desk agent said the reason was I booked through Hotels.com. This is unacceptable since I have been overcharged in the past. Also I get receipts from other hotels upon checkout even when using Hotels.com. I am leaving the hotel very annoyed because of this. It was a very nice comfortable room. However, it was very cold in the room. Unable to adjust the thermostat. Ended up turning the A/C off.
