This is a difficult place to rate (two part) Hotel is historical c/w musical icon decor - great. Staff is accommodating and pleasant. Rooms are very well kept and “airy” - high exposed timber ceilings - great. Casino - clearly this place can host different types (hotel guests, locals, and some unfortunate locals). Not sure if the “weekday” staff is the “weekend” staff, but cleanliness was not at its best early in the week (after a weekend). Depending on weekday, restaurants in facility may be closed or special times.

Lovely stay Front staff was amazing and kind. They even made our dinner reservation for us. The food was excellent. We loved our room and wish we would have had more them there. W were there to see a concert at the Orpheum which was around 6 blocks away so easy walking distance. Love the bathroom products and the bed was comfy. Nice music playing as we entered our room.

Wore out towels Room was clean and comfortable. The Bath towels were bad. They were thin and raggedy. Not very soft either
