First time at a hard rock. Security was excellent. Stayed there to see a concert at Battery Park. It was great for that. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything was very excellent stay.I hate we didn’t get there early so we can play around in the casino and lose our money. Next time

Wow! Always wanted to stay at a Hard Rock property and was NOT disappointed! Best shower of my life! Loved the crazy high ceilings and blackout curtains! Whole experience was amazing! Even the workers at the desk had great personalities and made it fun for my son, who is 13 and NOT easily amused. Thank you!

Was super to see all the historical clothes and guitars from musicians all over the property!

Oops, missed our towels We enjoyed our stay, room was clean and comfortable. Requested additional towels and never received them had to call again the next morning because they didn’t come to the room to clean and leave new towels. Other than that all was very good.
