Plesant Saturday Night Event Stay Nice property, better signage for casino vs hotel door could offer more visibility. Front desk service was very good and the team was helpful on Saturday afternoon and early Sunday morning. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. More interconnected lighting (fewer switches) could be beneficial. I was surprised at the visible rust in the showers, nothing a good deep steam clean couldn't remove. First time at a hard rock. Security was excellent. Stayed there to see a concert at Battery Park. It was great for that. Enjoyed our stay.

Wow! Always wanted to stay at a Hard Rock property and was NOT disappointed! Best shower of my life! Loved the crazy high ceilings and blackout curtains! Whole experience was amazing! Even the workers at the desk had great personalities and made it fun for my son, who is 13 and NOT easily amused. Thank you!
