Good experience Stay has been good. Appreciated friendly desk staff and quick check in. Nice room and comfy bed.

The overall ambiance of the hotel was really nice. The front desk staff was friendly. However, the room, while nice in size, was not cleaned properly. Specifically, the bathroom had eyelashes and hair on the shelf and floor. Additionally, the lower shelf where towels are placed had a noticeable layer of dust. So it was obvious that the shelf had not been wiped down in a while nor the floor swept. The beds were very comfortable and all other accommodations were great.

Customer care maxed! Rarely, in this day and age can a couple just simply escape the business life and be a couple. From work to parenting three teenagers we are constantly taking work calls, taking care of our home, or someone has something going on. Thank you to HRC for giving us the opportunity to reconnect and have freaking fun without the “blockers” in our house preventing us from gambling and boozing while having a blast doing so. Very nice and fun hotel. Nice and quiet. The only complaint we had was that the volume on the tv wasn’t adjustable. Otherwise it was wonderful!
