Cool Room, thin walls, excessive wait Sadly we had to wait 3 hours past our check in time due to House Keeping Staffing problems. There were quite a few of us standing around in the lobby area for hours. Later, the walls were so thin and a room next door had the music playing on the TV and left the room. I spent most of the night not sleeping and a couple of hours walking and talking to security trying to get a solution to the issue

The room was absolutely beautiful except for all of the decor was extremely dusty. All of the glass had really bad streaks in the shower was gorgeous with huge streaks and water spots everywhere. I paid a lot of money for the expensive suite but I wasn’t real happy with the cleanliness of the room. There was also in the Jacuzzi tub.
