Omg amazing staff! Was in town due to death in the family mentioned it in small talk with concierge, she gave me drink tickets. Stoffa, needed extra guests. Extremely cool room, and memorabilia. Will definitely stay there again!

Great hotel in a unique building. Great Hard Rock decor. Room was plush and comfortable. Staff was fantastic.

The Staff are WONDERFUL!!! The staff were amazing and really accommodating. Professional and courteous. But the room was not to our taste, the ceilings are super high (i.e., 20 feet) and that makes for shadows and dark areas in the room. Especially in the closet at night you can't see anything without a flashlight, any type of light to help you see what's in your suitcase would be helpful. Otherwise you have to drag the luggage rack into the main room by a light which I don't care to do because if and when you have others in... read more
