everything was excellent except when house keeping knocked on our door at 10 am and check out wasn't until 11 AM.

Just needs better signage My only complaint is that the signage and way-finding needs to be better. The hotel entrance was not clearly marked (it's the brick building), and finding rooms and the steakhouse within the building was a bit difficult. But I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was clean, comfy, and quiet.

We weren’t able to check in a bit early and had an event to attend which made it very rushed. Also there was a mix up in my rooms - 2 rooms booked and I only needed 1. Room was awesome!!

Seriously the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. We stayed on a Tuesday so no weekend noise to contend with

We received complimentary drinks at check-in. The rooms were gorgeous. There was a sign in our room saying that you can receive complimentary yoga equipment during your stay. Staff was friendly. The buffet was the only thing we didn’t like. The food was cold, bland, and wasn’t too many options like the other hard rock casinos have. Overall, great time and I highly recommend.

Be a Hardrock Overall, it was a good stay. Very clean. Great staff. My issues are this. Its a Hardrock Hotel. They play country music 80% of the time. The entertainment was the same. It's a Hardrock people!!! And the casino is a smoking area. Whatever they use to "disquise" the smoke smell, is worse than the smoke smell. It was all over the main floor. If they lease the name from the cafe...act like them too. Just my opinion.
