Hard rock The hotel is very clean. Rooms are large and very comfortable.

Great place to go and whine down. Only thing we didn’t care about the temperature check and ID check every time you wanted to go into the casino part. Hard Rock needs to find a different way when you are staying at the hotel as an 18 & up adult to get into the casino part( maybe scan the room key with photo ID on the card. Wish they would open up the buffet.

Disappointed I booked for the platinum suite and was downgraded to a regular suite due to the fact they didn’t have any left. No email no nothing. I am honestly thinking about not staying there again. Also the room wasn’t as clean. Disappointed with this stay this time around.

Clean Very clean but to much smoke

Smoking. People smoked throughout the entire casino. Right in front of employees. Ashtrays were sitting on the slot machines. Post covid, the smoke made it impossible to be in the casino.
