Hardy Hill is incompetent, lies, and made the whole process miserable. He took 6 days to get us a pre-approval. The realtor had to call him and say, hey, give them something. He rarely quoted numbers or would run scenarios. He mostly talked about feelings and possibilities. Our approval was based on my husband's income only, so the debt to income ratio was tight.
