Charles Moshier came to my home last summer and also the summer before to repair a 21 year old Carrier air conditioner. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and repair it. This past week Charles was very helpful with seeing if he could do some repairs to my 24 year old Carrier furnace in my attic. Chris was very thorough and explained everything to me as well as showed me photos so I could see what he was talking about. A followup was scheduled a week later, and again, Chris was very thorough. He showed me photos of the work he had done that was not easy to see on my own and explained everything. Very happy with the service.
I scheduled a spring tune-up. Service tech Tyrese was very professional. Harlen Johnson provided the most thorough tune-up I have ever had. They really took their time and tested everything. Identifying parts that are near end of life, but don’t pressure you for anything unnecessary. They were also transparent on pricing. Recommend.
