I don’t feel listened to at all and the colour and texture still isn’t correct or what I wanted. I feel like I’ve been robbed £22,000!!!!

I had very high expectations, the first visit was good however they try and sell you extra and when I didn’t want to pay all the extra such as a hygienist (as I have my own who I see every 3 months and visited days before my appointment) they were rude, bullish, awful customer service and waste of money. I’m now in contact with external companies to help get my deposit back.
