This dentist is a scam. Conned my mother when refunding her. I am appalled at the way this dentist has been handling her concern and the lack of professionalism from each and every member of staff at this place. To be specific the people involved are KASEY CLAXTON, SANGHITA, MARIANNA, DR ARORA and DR WILSON. Kasey is apparently a manager who did not resolve this issue and instead she started to lie more and more with every form of contact not realising she is contradicting her own words. Hi, first of all everything you wrote in your email is fake story. When I called clinic then Sangita advised me £150 consultation for Paul Wilson which I agreed and booked the appointment. At the same day same time another appointment was booked wit aroara for re root canal treatment £1395 which I agreed. So there were two appointments booked together at the same day same. This Harley dental studio is day light robbery clinic. I was booked for re root canal treatment with Dr Arora on 27th March and when I got there he didn’t do it because he wanted to talk talk talk. Charged me £150 for 30 min which was unaware off. Receptionist Sangita who originally booked me for re root canal even she changed her story. If i can give them 0 stars i would. Had conversation with them about tmj scan, we agreed £150 for the scan to be done. Thay said will arrange a appointment as soon. They txt me that the appointment is made, and again we agreed the price £150. Day before the appointment they txt me to cancel the appointment because they didn't manage to reopen after the covid. We agreed that they will call me asap. After a week later got txt that they can arrange a new appointment but the price is different, now is £250. I believe this people... read more

Had to cancel and appoinment because of i have been ill. Had to isolate not to infect anyone. I called an emailed two days before and i havent received my deposit refund.
