From my first call to the inspection, Harmon’s service was exceptional. Communication was great, everyone efficient & friendly. The installation team was awesome and left the area cleaner than when they started. I could not be more pleased.
Going solar is complicated. After meeting with several solar providers, I realized I needed to do my own research…so I did! I then met with several more solar providers now knowing what to look out for and what questions to ask. Local family owned. Great work ethic, engagement from initial quote, installation and follow up is what I expected. Highly recommended.
We had a few surprises during set up, one was failed roof inspection, added $13,000.00 to bill. Shingle order was short, had to wait 2 days for that. A few other small items with roof finishing that were quickly fixed, overall, a very good job, system is up and working great, very clean install, great sales and project manager who had to work around bad weather!!
Thorough and Professional throughout the process from the initial appointment to the system start up. The only installer in the area that run electrical conduit in the attic instead showing of on the side of your home. Competitive prices, first class equipment and part of a company that has been in Phoenix for 30 years!
From our salesman Jason to the people at Harmon, we are please with all of them. Not only do we love our solar, but be love our electric bills!!! Their customer service is good as well!
