2 stars for a good rate on my solar. But when asked about roof inspection prior to install all I got was "good to go". I asked roofers if they're able to tell the approximate age of the roof and they all said yes. Harmon could've at least notified me that roof is aging. I wasn't aware that my roof is over 20yrs old. Who in the right mind would install 20 yr solar panel on a roof that would need to be replaced in a few years? Sure enough couple years later leaks every where. Thank you for allowing us to inspect the roof on your home after your initial review. As you are aware, per our conversation, the leaks are not related to your solar installation. These leaks have been caused by debris build up between the flashings and tiles. As well as poor installation of the original roof, which we could not have known unless we removed the roof during our audit (a service we do not do prior to installation unless we are doing a re-roof).
