I always feel that Dr. Pan and his staff genuinely care about my health!
I am very happy with my teeth I had a gap and not the best filling but Dr.Pan completely fixed it now it's smooth and flawless. Everyone was really helpful to accommodate me and get me in fast so I could fix my teeth for an event. The staff are friendly and Dr Pan takes his time to make sure everything is perfect. Great location good price and nice staff I recommend this dentist definitely.
I have been a patient of Dr. Pan's ever since he opened his practice. The staff is just wonderful and caring. And they will answer any questions l have for them. I do believe that the patient is also responsible to ask questions hence leaving with a good knowledge of the procedure they will be having and the total cost. One does have to keep in mind that the costs can vary especially if something unexpected does occur. Just like in other health care issues unexpected costs do arise once in awhile. Very good dentist and his manner is gentle. Dr.Pan explains step by step what he is doing, so you feel quite comfortable. The office is clean and modern, and the girls that work there are friendly. If you need a dentist downtown area I would highly recommend this guy.
I have been seeing Dr Pan since he started his practice.My kids have been seeing him since their very first dental check-ups and they are now 14,15 & 18 (no cavities to date!They called him the Panman when they were little). I got a root canal done!! Most amazing dentist I've ever been to!! I'm one of those adults that you have to push and pull to get into a dentists chair I was crying before they even froze me! Dr.pan had sat down talked to me explained everything they were doing and I honestly didn't feel a thing he stopped what he was doing every 15-20 minutes (2and a half hour procedure) to make sure I was still feeling good and frozen!! Amazing definitely recommend him to any dentist haters!!!
I saw Dr.Pan at smile dental for a root canal. He seemed very rushed and showed up 30 minutes LATE for my appointment! No apology either! I had a lot of pain the next week It was horrible pain. I called Smile dental on Monday morning and the receptionist was VERY rude to me. I had to hang up the phone. Horrible experience. Now very happy at my new office.
Something strange has happened to this place over the last year. It used to be fine but the last few visits for me and my family have been terrible. I had an excellent hygienist who is no longer there, Dr. Pan diagnosed a cavity that didn't exist, and the space appears to be mostly empty. The staff has also been very curt and unfriendly. We will never go back.
