Something strange has happened to this place over the last year. It used to be fine but the last few visits for me and my family have been terrible. I had an excellent hygienist who is no longer there, Dr. Pan diagnosed a cavity that didn't exist, and the space appears to be mostly empty. The staff has also been very curt and unfriendly. We will never go back.
Every filling out family got here fell out, not to mention getting lidocaine injected into my blood stream, and the staff standing over me ready to call 911, none of them had any knowledge of what to do. They charged us for a tooth that was supposed to be under warantee, and even charged us for an emergency visit, though the appointment was a week after we phoned to book it. Will NEVER go back, or recommend this placez
The hygienist smelled really bad. Hate to say it but it was almost as if she hadn't done laundry in months. Huge turn off for me. The receptionist was knowledgable but she was very rude. Dr.pan was ok, he was very quiet and rushed through me checkup. Wont be going back to harmony dental.
Where did the staff go to? too many new girls with not same experience. the lady that cleaned my teeth was so slow and she smelled like fish, did not like that at all well at least the dentist was ok.
