great mortgage broker Its not everyday that you can go to a website where everything is clearly stated. Its nice to see there is no tricks to get your email. Just 4 clicks and the rates are very clearly stated. They closed my loan with exactly what I was promised. The staff was very helpful to. Complaint: We visited the Hartwest office in Scottsdale to obtain refinancing and we were told we needed to show 500-600 additional monthly income in order to obtain the refi rate we were quoted. We realized that we had the additional income and supplied 2 years tax returns to prove the additional monthly income as requested. We have been given the run around now for over a month and we were told there is only 1 person in the office that can help us.
