Cindy always has the lowest rates with the best lender credits. You don't really need to shop around. My problem with the refinance that I pulled was not with her. She was fast and efficient as a broker but unfortunately the lender that she represented was problematic. I think I had somebody in underwriting who was new to the business and unable to handle anything other than a totally normal real estate portfolio. We had a great experience with Hart West! It was only the second time my wife and I have done financing for a home so it was a little intimidating to do all the work on-line and across state borders. I don't think it could have gone any smoother. They offer great rates which is why they are so busy, which may mean waiting a bit for a response. However they always followed through and we were blessed to work with them.
I spent a lot of time looking for the lowest rate and a firm that I could trust with out refinance. Hart West came through on all accounts. I watched the rates and spoke with Cindy Schweikert. She locked us in to the lowest rate and everything was smooth. We had to submit a lot of documents and their portal kept everything organized. We have used Cindy and her team many times for many years. the process has been very simple and generally very straight forward. They are quick and on top of it all to get your loans closed. Appraisals and escrow services are flexible based on location of the home and what works best for you. We will definitely keep using them for new purchases and refi's.
