I have been going there for almost 2yrs. I see Beth Anderson, who is truly a nice & understanding person. She asks how you feel, spends time talking to you and makes you feel comfortable. If there is any problems w/insurance covering things the nurses call and fix things. Also Dr. Taboada who i see for neck & back shots has always been nice. I have been seen at the pain center for over a year now and have been especially happy with the way that I am cared for. Dr. Knopp is very talented in his field of work and also has an empathetic side to his care. The staff have always been helpful and caring.
First was with Erica was exceptional as we discussed my back issues and possible procedure and treatments ahead. She shared a wealth of knowledge about spinal issues, as well as healthy nutrition.
I’ve been going to HHPTC for years and everyone I’ve been assisted by has been nothing but understanding, gracious and professional. They have helped me immensely and when needed have sent me to who I needed to see to further my care.I now see Dana Andreo who has been understanding, comforting and professional.
There is nmuch to much for me to write about all the great things that I have to say about Dr Kost and his exceptional care and compassion! As long as you remember that you are not the only person who is in pain! They know that I am not going to them for medication but to improve the quality of life that I am entitled to! First visit was with Erica, very impressed. Very outgoing person and reliable. Explained what my films indicated as well as what to expect in terms of treatment. So far I have had one treatment with good results. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Kost and Anton have been the only people in the medical system fighting for me. I try not to have too much hope but they’re working hard to find a treatment that will work. I really wish I could see Dr. Kost more often. Anton is great but a PA can only do so much. Customer service at the front desk or by phone is either great or terrible. They should work on improving that part of their practice.

I can not say enough @ how impressed i am with this group. Espec Dr. T/and Beth Anderson. No other doct before have spent the time w/me and going thru my medical (spine/neck/surg/all) issues. They actually ask how im doing, and feeling and if i have any questions for them. They are ontime. If i need a emerg visit they schedule one for @ 1 day. The staff, other nurses always get back to me if i msg them. They honestly treat you like a person, they care how you are doing. They do not just give tons of meds and ignore you. They... read more
