Refiance Bill Jones and Jill Grosse were awesome to work with. In my times of frustration they were there to answer my many questions, offer encouragement and suggest solutions in areas I was unfamiliar on how to obtain the information needed. Refinancing during the COVID pandemic produced its share of delays, but Bill & Jill never gave up moving forward and I truly appreciated their "don't give up" attitude.
