It was an excellent experience. This process was very easy for me. The loan officer gave me a list of items that she needed from me and gave me the time to assemble them. Previously, I tried to do a refinance but didn't have the time needed to assemble the documents. My situation was very tight with working full time and being a caregiver full time. I was stressed and just didn't have a lot of time. This process was so much more relaxed and she gave me the time that I needed.
