So easy id refinance again today I dreaded going through the refi process after hearing horror stories from friends & then when i was assigned Lindsey I knew it was going to be a terrific experience, because all Lindseys are terrific (note Im also a Lindsey) all jokes aside she made it seamless and I never felt asking a question was bothering her. She kept me up to date on everything and the time frame to close on this amazed me. She is a keeper and I highly suggest using her. From another Lyndsey

This was a great experience from start to finish! From the beginning. Alex Balassi was professional, upfront and honest about the process. They never give up!!!!!!!!!! Cant say enough about Anthony V. at Top Flight financial. I have been working on a Re-Fi for about 4 months now, and finally it went through! Did a cash-out refi to pay off a bunch of debt, ran into quite a few difficulties due to a forbearance, and low credit score. Had several loans shot down, but in the end they never gave up and kept working at it and finally got it through. Bill was super Awesome!! Thank you to Bill and Top Flight for making our refinance a reality!! He was spot on from day one with the expectations and extremely timely on getting back to us on what documents were needed throughout the process. Seamless and modern home refi experience Working with Lindsay was incredibly easy. Along with the easy digital user experience available through her agency can come a bit of procrastination on my part. Her correspondence was friendly, positive, and helpful at all times. She was persistent but patient and kept us moving. She was also very helpful in helping us understand all of our options, even if it mean potentially backtracking a bit. I'd highly recommend her to anyone.
